Troubleshooting Guide for Common Errors

Medium Selection Issue

"Medium Not Available" or Cannot Select Class
Cause: Medium not selected in School Profile.
Solution:
  • Go to School Profile → Update Mediums of Instruction → Save
  • Retry indenting

Quantity Limit Warning

"Quantity Exceeds Limit" Warning
Cause: Entered quantity is greater than allowed.
Quantity Rules:
  • Up to 10% extra over student strength is allowed
  • Beyond 50%, system blocks the entry
  • Overall limit: Not more than 150%
Solution:
  • Enter a valid number within the allowed range

Unaided Schools Indent Issue

Unable to Place New Indent (Unaided Schools)
Cause: Previous year challan/payment details not entered.
Solution:
  • Go to the Challan Entry section
  • Enter last year's payment details
  • Save and retry the indent

Edit Restriction

"Edit Not Allowed" Message
Cause: Indent already confirmed.
Solution:
  • Contact the Deputy Director to request correction

Login Problems

Login Failed / Invalid Credentials
Cause: Wrong username/password or captcha.
Solution:
  • Re-enter login details carefully
  • Make sure Sampoorna Login checkbox is ticked
  • If still failing, contact your TBO

Page Loading Issues

Indenting Page Not Loading
Cause: Browser or network issue.
Solution:
  • Refresh the page
  • Try using another browser
  • Check internet connection
  • Clear browser cache if needed

Work Education Issue

"Work Education Not Enabled" Issue
Cause: School not marked as offering Work Education in verification.
Solution:
  • Contact TBO to update school eligibility if applicable

Print Preview Issue

Print Preview Not Opening
Cause: Pop-up blocker enabled.
Solution:
  • Enable pop-ups for tbms.kite.kerala.gov.in
  • Retry print preview
